Billing questions
How does the ₹999 pilot work?
You get one real campaign — up to 50 posts — taken all the way to a published, client-ready report, with onboarding support and manual corrections included. If you continue, the ₹999 is credited toward your first subscription month.
Is online payment live?
Online payments (via Razorpay, in INR) are still being enabled. Until then: sign up, start the pilot, and we'll handle payment and plan setup with you personally. Nothing on this page requires a card today.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No — all prices exclude GST. Tax details appear on your invoice once billing is live.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops future charges; paid features run to the end of the paid period. Your data isn't deleted, and existing published reports aren't taken down immediately — see the Terms for the full picture.
What happens if we hit a plan limit?
The app tells you before anything breaks: usage meters warn as you approach a limit, and at the limit you're asked to upgrade — existing campaigns and published reports keep working.
