Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your account, your agency workspace, or specific campaign data at any time. Deletion is currently handled as a support request — a self-serve export/delete flow is on the roadmap.
How to request deletion
- Email sohanshanbhogue@gmail.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Tell us what to delete: the whole workspace, a specific campaign, or your user account.
- If you want a copy of your data first, ask for an export in the same email and we will send your campaigns, posts, and metrics before deleting.
What deletion covers
- Workspace deletion removes the agency, clients, campaigns, posts, metrics, uploaded assets, published report pages, and event history.
- Published report links stop working as part of the deletion.
- Billing records that we are legally required to keep (payment/invoice references) are retained per Indian tax rules; they contain no campaign content.
Timing
We confirm deletion requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups roll off on their own schedule shortly after.
