ViewReach is an influencer campaign analytics platform that helps agencies and teams collect, organise, and report on creator and content performance. This policy explains what information ViewReach processes, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the ViewReach website and application.

Depending on how you use ViewReach, we may process:

• Account information — your email, name where provided, and authentication details.
• Workspace information — agency or team details, members, and settings you enter.
• Campaign and creator information — campaigns, clients, social-media post links, and performance metrics.
• Billing information — plan, subscription status, and payment references handled by our payment provider.
• Usage information — product actions and events used for support, security, and plan limits.

To produce campaign reports, ViewReach processes the campaign links and creator content you submit. Publicly available social-media information relating to those posts may be collected through third-party data providers. You are responsible for having the appropriate authority to submit the campaign links and data you add to ViewReach. Where a metric is unavailable it is left blank rather than estimated.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the ViewReach service and your reports.
• Retrieve and organise campaign and creator performance data.
• Process subscriptions, billing, and plan limits.
• Provide support and communicate about your account.
• Monitor, secure, and improve the service.

ViewReach does not sell your personal information or your clients' data.

We rely on a small set of service providers to run ViewReach, and share information with them only as needed to deliver the service:

• Supabase — application database and authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Apify — retrieval of publicly available social-media data.
• Our payment provider — subscription billing (card and UPI details are handled by the provider, not stored by ViewReach).
• Our email provider — transactional and account email.

Data is stored in our database with access controls that isolate each workspace. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your data. You can request deletion of your workspace and its data, subject to any records we must keep for legal, security, or billing purposes.

ViewReach uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the application working, and may use limited analytics to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these choices, contact us using the details below.

Our service providers may process and store information in different countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps intended to keep it protected consistent with this policy.

ViewReach is a business tool intended for professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
