Some business details on this page (registered entity name, GST information) are still being finalised and are marked as placeholders. They will be completed before paid subscriptions launch.

Privacy Policy

This explains what Campaign Reports ([Business entity name — to be confirmed]) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email, name (if provided), and workspace/agency details you enter.
  • Campaign data: clients, campaigns, Instagram post links, metrics (fetched from public Instagram data where enabled, or entered manually by your agency), and uploaded assets such as your logo.
  • Report events: when a public report is published, viewed, shared, or exported — used to show your agency that clients actually opened the report. Viewer logging stores basic request metadata, not viewer accounts (clients don't log in).
  • Billing data: your plan, subscription status, and payment references from Razorpay. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never touch our servers.
  • Usage events: product actions (campaigns created, fetches run, limit warnings) used for support and plan limits.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your data or your clients' data.
  • We do not post to, log into, or act on your Instagram accounts — the product only reads publicly available post data when automated retrieval is enabled.
  • We do not claim metrics we don't have: unavailable values render as “—” and manual entries are attributed to the agency that supplied them.

Where it lives

Data is stored in our Supabase (Postgres) project with row-level security isolating every agency workspace. Uploaded logos live in storage buckets scoped per agency. Payments are processed by Razorpay; transactional email is delivered through our email provider.

Public reports

Publishing a report creates a public page at a long, unguessable link containing the campaign data your agency chose to publish. Anyone with the link can view it. Unpublishing takes it offline. If a report contains content about you and you want it removed, use the takedown process.

Retention and deletion

  • Cancelling a subscription does not delete your data; you can come back.
  • You can request deletion of your workspace and all its data at any time — see Data deletion below.
  • Uploaded evidence/screenshots (when that feature is used) are kept only while the related campaign exists.

Deletion requests: /data-deletion.
