Terms of Service

Campaign Reports is a reporting tool for marketing and influencer agencies: you paste Instagram links, review and correct metrics, and publish a white-labelled campaign report your client can open from a link. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms, operated by [Business entity name — to be confirmed].

Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

Campaign Reports is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any of their services. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Where the numbers come from

• Metrics come from publicly available Instagram data (when automated retrieval is enabled) and from data your agency enters manually.
• Some metrics (for example reach, saves, shares) are not publicly available — agencies may supply them manually, and manual values take precedence over fetched ones.
• Metrics that are unavailable are shown as “—”, never as zero. Reports state that figures are based on available and agency-supplied data.
• We do not guarantee sales, footfall, ROI, search lift, or conversion attribution, and reports make no such claims unless your agency explicitly adds and labels that data itself.

Your responsibilities

• Only import content you have a legitimate campaign relationship with, and only supply manual metrics you can stand behind with your client.
• Keep your account credentials safe; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.
• Do not use the product to harass, defame, infringe copyright, or misrepresent campaign performance.
• Published report links are long and unguessable but public — anyone with the link can view the report. Unpublish a report to take it offline.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed in INR through Razorpay (prices exclude GST). The one-time paid pilot is credited toward your first subscription.
• If a payment fails, everything keeps working while payment is retried; after retries are exhausted your workspace enters a grace period, and continued non-payment pauses creating campaigns and publishing new reports. Existing published reports are not taken down immediately and your data is not deleted.
• You can cancel anytime; access to paid features runs to the end of the paid period. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to data afterwards.
• GST registration details will be published here once finalised.

Service and liability

The product is provided “as is” during this early-access phase. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted service or the completeness of third-party platform data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
